Custom Paper Sizes in MS Word

You can choose from a wide range of properties to alter the size of your printed materials. There are four options to alter these properties. They are labeled Alignment, Margins, Base size and Color. Preset Colors – On older printers, you may have to input manually the desired color for each page. Newer printers let you choose a custom size paper from a selection of preset colors. Click on “color” to open the color palette. A list of colors will appear. To alter your color selections simply click on the appropriate color. To return to the color palette, click on the “back” button.

The process of changing the paper size settings in your printer driver must be easy and quick.
